Hot Lunch Lead

Summary:

This person basically manages, supervises and trains their assigned volunteers for the hot lunch day they are assigned.  They usually supervise 10-12 volunteers, one team each week.  This is a weekly commitment for the entire year.  There are 5 daily lunch leads in total; one for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and they fall under the supervision of the hot lunch volunteer coordinator. They basically make sure that the lunch service runs smoothly each week and that the volunteers show up and do their jobs.  This person usually works with their volunteers to serve the lunch, though some may leave during the shift if all is running smoothly.  They need to keep track of their volunteers and send out weekly emails to their teams to remind them of their upcoming shift.  This is great for a people person who is good at leading and motivating people.
